There shall be NO RETURNS on fresh except for the unlikely event that the product is damaged, tampered with, or not consumable.
Returns shall also be possible for fresh if the product received differs from that in the product description.
We only refund cash by transfer in the unlikely cases of missing items, switch errors or damaged inventory. Ivanna Healthy Farm Foods will not be liable to refund through physical movement of goods.
Refunds shall be processed within 24 hours.
